Information Lumitrum handles

Lumitrum collects information you choose to provide through project, contact, booking, infrastructure, account, and support experiences. This may include your name, company, email, phone number, project details, service interests, preferred dates, messages, approvals, revision requests, and profile preferences.

The Lumitrum customer app also processes account identifiers, project membership, appointments, milestones, notifications, deliverable access, and security preferences. If you enable push notifications, an app-specific push token and a one-way device identifier are stored to deliver requested project alerts. Biometric checks are performed by your device; Lumitrum does not receive your biometric data.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare scopes, create and secure customer workspaces, coordinate productions, manage bookings and projects, deliver files, provide support, operate Lumi, send requested service communications, protect the platform, and maintain appropriate business records.

AI and business communications

Lumi may process conversation content and relevant project context through a server-controlled AI provider to answer questions and coordinate requested actions. Customers may request human assistance. Business communications may be processed through third-party communication providers. Calls or voicemails may be recorded or transcribed where permitted, but only when enabled and disclosed. A requested one-time text does not enroll a caller in recurring marketing messages.

Text messaging privacy

Lumitrum sends text messages only after the recipient requests or consents to the specific communication. These messages may include a single-use identity verification code, an account or project notification, or a requested customer-care follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing Lumitrum services, and a request for a transactional text does not enroll the recipient in marketing messages.

Lumitrum does not sell or share mobile phone information, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be provided only to service providers that help Lumitrum deliver the requested communication, operate the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Text-message consent records are not transferred to third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers and disclosure

Lumitrum uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, email, notifications, scheduling, AI assistance, and business communications. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role. Lumitrum does not sell personal or project information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

Current service categories include Cloudflare for the public website and related infrastructure; Supabase for customer authentication, databases, realtime updates, functions, and private storage; Expo, Apple, and Google for app delivery and requested notifications; Resend for transactional email; OpenAI for server-controlled Lumi assistance; and Telnyx and Vapi for disclosed business calling. Sentry may process minimized crash and performance diagnostics when the production service is enabled. Google Calendar processes scheduling information only after the connected Lumitrum account authorizes it.

Security and retention

Lumitrum uses access controls, private storage, encrypted network connections, short-lived download links, and role-based authorization designed to protect customer information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only while needed for the service, project operations, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal and accounting obligations. Some operational records may be anonymized rather than deleted.

Your choices

You may update profile information, disable optional notifications, sign out, request human assistance, or delete your account from the app’s Settings area after recent authentication. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through the account deletion page or by emailing info@lumitrumco.com. Requests may require identity verification, and limited records may be retained where legally required.
