Delete your account.

Delete in the Lumitrum app

Sign in, open Account, choose Security and settings, then select Delete account. The app requires a recent sign-in and a final confirmation before deletion begins.

Request deletion without the app

Email Lumitrum from the address connected to your member account. We will verify your identity before processing the request and will never ask for your password or one-time code.

What deletion does

Lumitrum removes your sign-in identity, active sessions, push registrations, private membership access, and personal communication content that is not required for an ongoing obligation. Pending requests and automated communications are cancelled where applicable.

Narrow records required for invoices, contracts, security, disputes, or applicable legal and accounting obligations may be retained in anonymized or access-restricted form. See the privacy policy for more information.
